Rogue Warriors

So I have picked up the Rules for Rogue Warriors a modern warfare skirmish game.

I have read a few articles and watched the YouTube videos they put out.

It comes across as pretty easy and straightforward, which I like, and has a good range of options for building missions to play.

I have also picked up this month's War Games Illustrated where there are 8 call of duty style army characters so enough to put together 2 teams to fight against each other, bargain.

I will post updates on here as my journey progresses with this.

I have glued together the 8 free miniatures that came with Wargames illustrated this month.
First experience of warlord games sprues and boy were they fiddly. Trying to make sure the torso and arms matched up, it appears that there were not enough arms listed as A, but that could be me
Still they are together and ready for base spray once I have purchased some more.

I've ordered the new expansion that covers solo and coop rules, Ungentlemanly Warriors

I have also sprayed up the minis ready for some contrast to be splashed on

I have now completed 2 test models for the 2 teams that I will be testing the game with.
Happy with the colour schemes, now to paint the remaining 6 minis, 3 in each colour

I have now painted up a specialist unit to throw in for fun.

The Natural 1 Team are reporting for duty.
Now to come up with a scenario to play out trying the AI rules that are in the expansion book Ungentlemanly Warriors

I managed to play a solo mission to get to grips with the game.
It is really simple to play (which is great)
The way you can build missions is carried (which is great)
All in all the game is great.
I managed to paint up more of the army guys as well and had a basic layout to play.
